Base Rate
$600
Additional fees may be incurred for any package adjustments, add-ons, or requests that extend beyond the original agreement.
Location Package
1.5 to 2-hour On-Location Session.
2-3 outfit changes (bring your own wardrobe).
10-12 final edited images of your choice.
Arrive with simple hair, makeup, or grooming done in advance.
Final images will be delivered within 7-10 business days after the shoot or upon receiving your selections.
Swim Shoot Package
1.5 to 2-hour Swim Session.
2-3 swimwear looks (bring your own wardrobe).
10-12 final edited images of your choice.
Arrive with simple hair, makeup, or grooming already done.
Final images will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the shoot date or once your selections have been received.
Important Policy*
A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable deposit) is required to confirm and secure your booking once all details are finalized.
Without this deposit, your booking is neither confirmed nor guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours before the shoot, this fee will be credited toward a future appointment.
The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the shoot and is accepted via Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or ApplePay.
Extras:
Additional Hour: Any requests for extra shooting time will be charged at $100.00 per hour.
Expedited Editing Fee: For edit requests needed within 48-72 hours, an expedite fee of $100.00 will apply.
Extra Edits: Additional edits beyond the maximum allowed will incur a charge of $25.00 per image.
Styling Fee: For a fee of $75.00, the photographer can provide partial wardrobe
options to complement the model's own pieces for a more tailored look.
For locations beyond 20 miles from Irvine, CA, a travel fee will apply:
20–40 miles → $75 flat fee
40–60 miles → $125 flat fee
60+ miles → $2.00 per mile beyond 60 miles or a custom quote
Los Angeles / San Diego / Palm Springs → Half-day or full-day rate required, plus travel expenses

What should I wear to the shoot?
For effortless wardrobe changes, please wear sandals, gym shorts, and a comfortable t-shirt or cover-up. This attire will allow you to switch outfits quickly and comfortably throughout the shoot.Can I bring a friend or chaperone to the shoot?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or chaperone to the shoot for hair, makeup, wardrobe fitting, and orientation. However, please note that they will not be allowed on set during the actual shoot unless prior permission has been obtained.How long after the shoot will I receive my photos?
You will receive watermarked RAW photos to your email for your review within 5 business days following the shoot. After you've made your selections, the retouched photos will be delivered to your email within 7-10 business days.What is the difference between retouched and natural retouched photos?
Retouched photos undergo extensive editing, which includes global exposure and color correction, blemish removal, and various detailed adjustments for a polished finish. In contrast, natural retouched photos are edited with a lighter touch, emphasizing a more organic appearance with basic color corrections and blemish removal to maintain your natural beauty.Can I purchase the RAW photos?
Yes, unwatermarked RAW photos are available for purchase at an additional fee of $300. This option is particularly beneficial for models who sell images on subscription-based platforms.What happens if I don’t select my final images within the given time frame?
If you do not submit your selections within 15 business days of receiving the proofs, Nathaniel will choose the images on your behalf and proceed with the retouching.What happens if it's bad weather?
We recommend checking the Orange County forecast before booking your shoot date. If you're traveling, schedule the shoot early in your trip to allow for rescheduling if needed. For locals with flexible schedules, we can monitor the forecast and decide whether to reschedule closer to the date. For tight schedules, Nathaniel will include extra time to accommodate potential bad weather delays.
